Uniforms and other items

You can buy uniforms on this website and pay with M-Pesa or by card. The total at checkout — items, any discount and the delivery fee for the location you choose — is exactly what you're charged. Your order is confirmed once the payment is confirmed, and we email you a receipt.

We deliver to the location you choose at checkout, and call the number you give us to arrange it. Delivery fees are set per location and shown before you pay.

Bulk prices and sale discounts apply as shown on each product page. A sale ends on the date shown, or when we end it; the price you paid never changes after you've paid.

If we can't fulfil a paid order — for example a size has sold out — we'll tell you and refund your payment the way you paid (M-Pesa or card). Items priced on request are still ordered on WhatsApp.

Card payments

Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay) are processed by Paystack. Prices are in Kenya shillings; if your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may add its own fee.

Embroidery and vector designs

Designs are paid for with M-Pesa or by card. Once your payment is confirmed, the files are available straight away in My Account, and you can download them again at any time.

Buying a design gives you the files to use for your own embroidery and printing. Please contact us before reselling or redistributing the files themselves.

Custom designs

Send us a request and we'll email you a quote. Work starts once the quote is paid (M-Pesa or card), and the finished files are delivered to My Account — we email you when they're ready. You can cancel a request at any time before you pay.

Payments and refunds

See Payments & refunds for what happens if a payment fails, is charged twice, or a file doesn't work.
